Kristofer Brackett

Kristofer Brackett has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Kristofer started their career as an Area Director at Staff Management in 1992 and later joined IBM as a Manager for two years. From there, they worked as a Director at RedCelsius from 1999 to 2002. In 2002, they joined Infor (formerly Workbrain) as a Client Executive and eventually became a Regional VP of Professional Services. In 2009, they joined Axsium Group as a Sr. Director and worked their way up to become the Vice President, then the Senior Vice President of Sales. Currently, Kristofer serves as the Executive Vice President of Global Sales at Axsium Group, where they focus on helping organizations improve their performance through consulting services.

Kristofer Brackett earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Purdue University, where they studied from 1985 to 1989. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a certification in "Fighting Gender Bias at Work" from LinkedIn in March 2021.
