Hector Martinez

Hector Martinez is currently the Jefe de Calidad, Mejora Continua y Oficina de Procesos at Axtel, a position they have held since 2016. Prior to this, they worked at Alestra from 2007 to 2010 in various roles, including Jefe Procesos Corporativos UPNyC. Hector began their career as a CSR Sr. at Quaker Oats from 1999 to 2001. They hold a degree in Industrial Engineering and Systems from Universidad de Monterrey and completed a diploma in Leadership for Digital Transformation at Tecnológico de Monterrey in 2018.
