Jenaro Martinez

Jenaro Martinez has extensive experience in technology and customer operations, currently serving as Director of Technology and Customer Operations for Axtel's X-tremo service since December 1998. Their leadership roles have encompassed various areas, including innovation, strategic partnerships, and product management. Jenaro has played a pivotal role in defining technology strategies as Chief Technology Officer and has successfully headed product innovation and marketing efforts. Previous positions include managing AXTEL's IPTV service and product management for the enterprise market. Before Axtel, Jenaro gained valuable experience at CEMTEC (Neoris), InterCable - Cablevision Monterrey, and Pixelnet. Jenaro holds an Executive MBA from IPADE Business School and a degree in Computer Science from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
