James H. has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. James started their career as a Management Information Systems Specialist in the United States Army from 2004 to 2010. After that, they worked as a Junior Systems Support Technician at ITT Technical Institute from 2010 to 2011. James then joined HP Enterprise Services as a Technical Solutions Representative, specializing in Windows XP and Windows 7 administration and troubleshooting from 2011 to 2012. James also worked as a Network and Systems Administrator at ISGI from 2012 to 2013, where they managed VMware infrastructure and Windows Server. James then joined Terex Corporation as an IT Infrastructure Engineer/Site Lead from 2014 to 2015, where they maintained and monitored core services across multiple sites in North America. In 2016, they joined Ascension Technologies as a Technical Engineering Analyst-Network, overseeing strategic planning and architectural aspects of the enterprise network. James also worked as an Information Technology Contractor at Ascension Technologies in 2016, where they assisted in the deployment and replacement of network infrastructure. More recently, James worked as a Senior Network Engineer at Mott Community College from 2021 to 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Associate Vice President - Technology & Infrastructure at Axtella since 2022.

James H. earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems Cyber Security from ITT Technical Institute-Swartz Creek. James is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Western Governors University, which is expected to be completed in 2024. Additionally, James has obtained various certifications, including Certified in Cybersecurity (CC) from ISC2 in 2024, Series 99 - Operations Professional from FINRA in 2023, (ISC)² Candidate from (ISC)² in 2023, Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) from FINRA in 2023, and 70-270 Installing, Configuring, and Administering Microsoft Windows XP from Microsoft in 2011.
