Anand Rao, CA, CPA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in corporate development, strategy, and mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as Principal - Corporate Development & Strategy at Axtria - Ingenious Insights since June 2022, Anand has previously held significant roles at IBM Consulting as a Corporate Business Development Executive and at IBM as Principal Accounting Advisor for M&A. Anand's expertise spans advising on complex transaction structures, including acquisitions and joint ventures, and includes leadership positions at KPMG and Deloitte. Anand is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Chartered Accountant designation from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, as well as a Bachelor of Commerce from Bangalore University.
