Currently serving as Senior Director at Axtria - Ingenious Insights since September 2025, Ramit oversees cloud software and data analytics initiatives to enhance healthcare outcomes. Previously, in the role of Director of Talent Acquisition at UKG, Ramit focused on advancing talent strategy across the India and APAC regions. Ramit's career includes notable leadership positions at Genpact Digital as Vice President - Global Hiring Leader, where responsibilities included managing a team of over 160 and spearheading the recruitment of over 9,000 technology professionals annually.
