Paul Callan

Paul Callan is a Partner and Co-Founder at AXUM, a position they have held since 2023. Previously, they served as an Education Officer at Trinity College Dublin Students' Union from 1993 to 1994. They were a Research and Teaching Fellow at Harvard University between 1994 and 2000 before working as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company from 2000 to 2004. Callan then spent nearly two decades as a Partner at Dalberg Global Development Advisors from 2004 to 2023.
