Igor Pezzilli

Igor Pezzilli is a Partner at Milano Investment Partners and has over 10 years of experience in the investment and startup industry. Igor has a proven track record of growing companies and increasing bottom lines.

Igor started their career at MADE.COM, where they were responsible for P&L, on/offline marketing, PR and logistic in Italy. Igor then led country business development initiatives, launched and managed retail presence, and worked with Italian venture capital on developing and executing a joined business plan. In two years, they drove a growth of 150% in revenues and constantly increased the bottom line. Igor also restructured logistic operations and improved marketing efficiency by 60%.

In 2016, Igor left MADE.COM to join FLOWERBX as Chief Operating Officer. FLOWERBX is an international online flower delivery service and luxury brand which delivers fresh flowers and indoor plants to customers and businesses in London, Paris, and New York. Under Igor’s leadership, FLOWERBX raised £1.5 million in April 2017 and £4.2 million in December 2018.

Igor is currently a Partner at Milano Investment Partners, where they focus on early-stage investments in technology and digital health companies.

Igor Pezzilli has a MSc with Merit in International Marketing from King's College London, a Bachelor in Communication Sciences from Libera Università Vita-Salute San Raffaele, and a High school Diploma in Classical studies from Istituto Leone XIII. Igor also has an Executive MBA from SDA Bocconi and an Executive School in Strategic Marketing and Analytics from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
