Amanda Cornetet dos Santos began their work experience in 2009 as an HR Consultant at Advis Consultoria. From 2012 to 2014, they worked as a Learning & Development Analyst at Hospital Mãe de Deus. In 2015, Amanda joined DOC9, where they held various roles, including HR Manager, Customer & People Success Manager, and Customers and People Success Director. At DOC9, they were responsible for formulating and monitoring the company's strategy, setting KPIs and goals, and developing policies for People Management processes. In 2019, Amanda joined Axur as the Head of People & Performance, where they developed HR strategies and provided advice to senior management. Amanda is currently the Chief Operations Officer at Axur, overseeing the Cyber Threat Intelligence, Managed Services, Takedown, and People & Performance teams. In this role, they are responsible for designing and implementing business strategies and ensuring customer service level and business efficiency.

Amanda Cornetet dos Santos has an education history that includes obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, which was completed from 2007 to 2011. Amanda then pursued further education and completed an MBA in Distance Learning Management from Unisinos from 2014 to 2015.
