Gustavo Meneses

Gustavo Meneses has a diverse range of work experience, starting from their role as a Trainee at Grupo Marquise. Gustavo later worked as a Civil Engineer and gained experience in various business units of the company. Following this, they joined UFRGS as a Researcher, where they worked on consulting projects related to process management and operating procedures design.

Afterwards, Gustavo became a Business Consultant at ACCERA - Supply and Sales Empowered, where they managed and executed consulting projects, particularly focusing on implanting production scheduling software. Gustavo then transitioned to FRANERE Comércio Construções e Imobiliária LTDA, where they served as a Construction Manager, responsible for the management of multiple residential and hotel buildings.

Gustavo'snext significant role was at W3BOX, where they worked as a Business Manager, fulfilling various roles such as Project Manager, Business Analyst, and Product Owner. In this position, they planned, controlled, and executed both internal and client projects aligned with business objectives.

Gustavo then joined ACCERA, where they held multiple positions. Gustavo started as a Coordinator of Business Analysis Area, followed by being a Coordinator of the Implementation Consulting Area and a Customer Success Manager. Gustavo eventually became the Manager of Planning Consulting Area and subsequently took on the role of Manager of Servicing Area, where they coordinated the customer service team and implemented process improvements to increase product implementation efficiency and service reliability.

Moving on, Gustavo worked at ACCERA as a Head of Business Unit, where they managed the VISOR DIRETO product's business area. Gustavo was responsible for planning, budgeting, and leading the coordinators team to achieve revenue growth and customer acquisition through process improvements and alignment with sales and marketing teams.

Currently, Gustavo is employed at Axur as a Group Product Manager. Prior to this role, they held the positions of Head of Product Management and Product Manager within the company.

Gustavo Meneses has a diverse education history. Gustavo began their academic journey at Colégio 7 de Setembro from 1993 to 1996, where they completed their 2nd grade education. Gustavo then went on to pursue a degree in engineering at Universidade de Fortaleza, from 1997 to 2001.

After completing their undergraduate degree, Gustavo pursued further education at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul. From 2004 to 2006, they obtained a Masters degree in production engineering.

In 2018, Gustavo attended the Tera bootcamp to enhance their skills in digital product leadership. This program was completed within the same year.

Gustavo also holds a professional certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, which they obtained in December 2013.
