Ana-Maria Stanca

Ana-Maria Stanca is a Principal Talent Acquisition Consultant at Axway since October 2016, bringing extensive experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. Previously, Ana-Maria participated in the Erasmus Student Exchange Program as a student, enhancing cross-cultural understanding and academic growth. Prior experience includes working as an IT Recruitment Researcher at Luxoft, where Ana-Maria contributed to software development services and technology consulting. Volunteer work includes support with the Drawing Your Future Foundation and C.A. Rosetti Highschool, focusing on educational initiatives and community support. Ana-Maria is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology at the University of Bucharest, having also earned master's degrees in Organizational Psychology and Gestalt Therapy training.
