Ann Lloyd

Vice President Customer Success Services, EMEA at Axway

Ann Lloyd has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and industries. Ann started their career as a Technical Writer at Axway in 2000 and gradually progressed to become a Senior Manager of User Experience, Director of User Experience & R&D Paris, and finally, a Vice President of User Experience & Technical Publications. After leaving Axway, Ann worked as a freelance English language trainer from 1996 to 1999. Ann also had a role as an English language trainer at Languacom from 1988 to 1992. Currently, Ann is Vice President of Customer Success Services, EMEA at Axway, demonstrating their expertise in customer success and experience.

Ann Lloyd completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in French and German Joint Honours at King's College London from 1983 to 1987. In 1988, they were awarded the Crompton Scholarship by King's College London University and studied French Language and Literature at Ecole normale supérieure for a year. Later, in 1999, they attended The American University of Paris and obtained a Technical Writing Certificate in the field of Technical Writing.
