Catalina Anitei has over 15 years of professional experience, currently serving as a Software Maintenance and Sales Renewal Representative for Axway, focusing on the German territory since March 2016. Responsibilities include preparing renewal quotations, managing customer negotiations, and collaborating with sales teams. Prior to this, Catalina was a Customer Service Quality Assurance Executive at WNS Global Services SRL, where team management and coaching were key duties.
