Céline Médard has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Céline started their career at Arkadin in 2001, where they held various positions including Junior Account Coordinator, Operational Marketing Assistant, Corporate Account Executive, and Key Account Manager. In 2011, they became the Global Account Coordinator in China for Arkadin, a role they held until 2016. Céline then transitioned to the role of Global Account Business Development Manager and later Customer Success Manager at Arkadin from 2016 to 2018. In 2018, they joined Axway as a Principal Customer Success Manager, focusing on strategic accounts.

Céline Médard completed their education with a Maîtrise de Lettres Modernes degree from Université Paris-Sorbonne in 2001. Prior to that, they obtained a Licence de Lettres Modernes degree from the same university in 2000. Between 1997 and 1999, they attended the Classes Préparatoires Grandes Ecoles (Littéraire) where they pursued studies in Hypokhâgne et Khâgne and Lettres supérieures, Lettres Modernes.
