Jeff Shaffer is an experienced marketing and customer experience professional with a strong background in strategic program development and competitive intelligence. Currently serving as Director of Customer Experience and Customer Marketing at Axway since June 2011, Jeff has established a Customer Advocacy Program that highlights customer successes through various initiatives. Previous roles include Sr. Manager of Market & Competitive Intelligence at Axway, where Jeff was responsible for comprehensive market analysis and the creation of valuable market assets. As the Owner of MJSP Enterprises from September 2007 to September 2011, Jeff successfully managed a retail and event services business, earning multiple 'Best of Columbus' awards. At Sterling Commerce, Jeff held various positions including Product Manager, where Jeff led product management strategies for a leading B2B software solution. Jeff holds a Master's degree in Marketing & Communication from Franklin University and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Kent State University.
