Vince Padua

Vince Padua is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in product management and strategic leadership across several major companies. Currently serving as the Executive Vice President and Chief Product and Technology Officer at Axway since 2016, Vince oversees the portfolio, product, and platform vision and strategy, leading various disciplines including product management and innovation. Prior roles include Executive Director positions at IBM, where responsibilities encompassed product management for IBM Watson and industry cloud solutions, and senior director roles at Dell focusing on marketing and enterprise solutions. Vince's career began at Intel and includes founding WireCACHE, along with significant roles at IBM in storage software. Vince holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Fresno State and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
