Markus Herrmann is currently the Group Technical Director at Axxence Aromatic GmbH, a position they have held since 2023. Prior to this, they served as a Technical Consultant from 2022 to 2023 and were the Head of Group R&D at DöhlerGroup from 2018 to 2022. Markus began their career at Lst Brau I as the Head of Analytics from 2002 to 2008 and later led R&D at ADM from 2008 to 2013. From 2013 to 2018, they were the Chief Research, Quality, Regulatory and Technology Officer at RAPS GmbH & Co. KG. Markus is currently pursuing a degree in Beverage Technology at the Technische Universität München.
