Eltjo Boersma has over 22 years of experience in the software industry. Eltjo started their career at Ericsson, where they worked as a Software Designer, System Engineer, and eventually became a Software Architect. In their last position at Ericsson, they served as the lead Architect of the Ericsson Composition Engine. In 2012, Eltjo joined Axxerion B.V. as a Senior Software Engineer. Currently, they are working at SPACEWELL | A Nemetschek Company as a Software Architect & Team Lead.
Eltjo Boersma attended Fontys University of Applied Sciences from 1992 to 1997, where they obtained a BSc degree in Technical Computer Science.
