Heidi Noack

Heidi Noack, PHR, SHRM-CP, is an experienced professional in human resources with a career spanning over 18 years. Currently serving as the People Director at Axxess since August 2018, Heidi has held various roles including Senior People Manager and HR Manager. Previous experience includes positions as Regional HR Business Partner at Addus HomeCare, Senior HR Generalist at Walgreens Specialty Pharmacy, and HR Manager at Sears Holdings Corporation. Heidi began the HR journey at Blockbuster, contributing as HR Manager, HR Consultant, and Contract Recruiter. Earlier career roles also include Contract Recruiter at ETC (Electronic Transaction Consultants) and Sourcing Recruiter/Researcher at Terapeople. Heidi holds a B.S. in Human Development & Family Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Stout and has furthered education at the Naveen Jindal School of Management, UT Dallas.
