Thomas Becher

Thomas Becher currently serves as the Head of Digital Banking and Co-Head of Axxiome Europe since August 2025, overseeing the execution of Axxiome's digital banking strategy and facilitating seamless client experiences through digital banking technologies. Prior to this role, Thomas Becher held the position of Head of SME Banking at SAP Fioneer from October 2022 to July 2025, contributing to the company's goal of becoming a top provider of financial services software solutions. Thomas Becher's earlier experience includes serving as the Managing Director at Lendico, Head of Strategy & Development SME at ING Deutschland, and co-founding Fintura GmbH where Thomas Becher acted as Managing Director and COO. Thomas Becher began a career in finance at Deutsche Bank AG, eventually rising to the role of Director. Thomas Becher holds a Betriebswirt degree from VWA Mannheim.
