Fernando Andres has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Fernando began their career at Grupo Perez Companc as a Treasury & Finance Employee, where they gained experience in administrative and finance tasks. Fernando then served as a Pre-sales and Pre-sales Coordinator at gA, where they specialized in various areas such as financial, logistics, commercial design, and customer presentations.
At SAP, Fernando held multiple roles, including Presales Specialist, Presales Coordinator, and Sales Manager for Netweaver Platform and Business Intelligence. During their time at SAP, they were responsible for driving sales and revenue growth, as well as defining resource allocation strategies.
In 2009, Fernando joined Microsoft as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for Sales Specialists & Pre-sales, where they focused on leading and strategizing sales efforts. Fernando also served in various key roles at Microsoft, such as Channels & Mid-market Customers Director and Enterprise Customers Director Argentina. In these positions, they played a crucial role in developing partner ecosystems, creating customer-centric plans, and leading sales teams.
Currently, Fernando is the Chief Technology Officer at Axxon Consulting, where they hold a leadership position focused on technology. Overall, their extensive work experience showcases their expertise in sales, technology, and strategy across multiple industries.
Fernando Andres completed their posgrado in Business Leadership at Cornell University from 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a grado en Administración y Dirección de Empresas (Degree in Business Administration and Management) from the University of Buenos Aires, which they pursued from 1994 to 2001.
Their secondary education was completed at Instituto San Pedro Nolasco, where they earned a degree in Bachiller Mercantil (Commercial Baccalaureate), spanning from 1985 to 1993.
In addition to their formal education, Fernando has also obtained various certifications. These include Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM) and Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals, both obtained in 2022. Fernando also holds certifications in Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft (obtained in 2019), SAP Certified SAP ERP Sales and Distribution, SAP Certified SAP Oil & Gas, SAP Certified BW 4.0, and SAP Certified SAP CRM 2.1, all obtained in previous years. Additionally, they have completed the Siebel CRM Academy offered by Siebel Systems Deutschland GmbH in the year 2000.
