Ruicong Li

Ruicong Li is currently the VP of R&D at Axyom, having joined the company in May 2024 following its acquisition and rebranding. Prior to this role, Ruicong served as VP of Software Engineering for Wireless Core at Casa Systems, Inc. from October 2012 to April 2024, and as Director of Engineering for LTE Products. Ruicong's experience also includes positions at Cisco Systems as Manager of Advanced Services after Starent Networks was acquired, where Ruicong worked as Manager of Systems Engineering and Principal Software Engineer from April 2001 to December 2009. Earlier roles include Senior Software Engineer at Ennovate Networks, Software Consultant at Sitara Networks, Associate Research Staff at Kent Ridge Digital Labs, and System Engineer at GES Singapore. Ruicong holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the National University of Singapore and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
