Simone Calderara

Simone Calderara has always been interested in the hospitality industry. Simone started their career as a receptionist at Hotel Maranello Palace in May 2017. Simone then moved to Hotel Il Corazziere 4*S in February 2014, where they worked as a front desk & back office agent. In September 2013, they became the Sales & Marketing Manager Assistant at CastaDiva Resort & SPA. In their current position as Scientific Advisor at Axyon AI, they are able to use their knowledge and experience in the hospitality industry to help the company develop new artificial intelligence technologies.

Simone Calderara has a management degree from Università Mercatorum, an economics degree from Dipartimento di Economia Marco Biagi - Università di Modena e Reggio Emilia, and an executive master certificate from 24ORE Business School. Simone also has a post-graduated diploma in international hospitality management from Università degli Studi dell'Insubria and a three-year university degree in tourism from Università degli Studi dell'Insubria. In addition, they have a college of hospitality certificate from Niagara University and a secondary school certificate in languages and business management from ITC Jean Monnet. Simone also has certification from OXFAM Italia in combat sexual harassment in the workplace and certification from Eazl in recruiting: talent acquisition & hiring.
