Su-Jin Lee is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate counsel and general counsel roles across various industries, particularly in technology and media. Currently serving as the Fractional General Counsel and Chief Legal Officer & Chief Operating Officer at Axyz since November 2020, Su-Jin Lee oversees legal and operational management for a mission-based SaaS B2B and e-commerce start-up. Prior roles include Vice President and General Counsel at POPSUGAR, where responsibilities encompassed all legal affairs for a global media and technology company, and Associate General Counsel at Flurry Analytics, focusing on intellectual property and data privacy compliance. Su-Jin Lee has also held positions at Thompson Legal Advisory Services, Mattel, Inc., and Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, advising companies on corporate law, regulatory compliance, and complex transactions. Su-Jin Lee holds a Juris Doctor from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco, as well as Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Sociology from the University of Virginia.
