Zaw Hlaing Bwar

Zaw Hlaing Bwar is an experienced technology professional with a robust background in software development and engineering leadership. Currently serving as Team Lead at AYA Innovation Labs since July 2020, Zaw oversees the software development department for AYA Bank, the second largest bank in Myanmar. Prior to this role, Zaw held multiple positions at Get All Myanmar Co., including Head of Engineering, where responsibilities encompassed leading the development of an Omni-Channel Digital Commerce Platform aimed at empowering microentrepreneurs. Previous experience includes Web Application Developer at Chate Sat Freelancing Platform, as well as web development roles at Spiceworks Myanmar, Aluto Benli, and Work.com.mm. Zaw Hlaing Bwar's educational pursuits include a Diploma in Business IT from NCC Education and a foundation in Medicine from the University of Medicine 2.
