Rocco Falconer

Rocco Falconer is the CEO of Demeter Holdings Ltd., where they focus on enhancing agricultural productivity and profitability across Ghana, Ivory Coast, Togo, and Sierra Leone. They also serve as a Non-Executive Director at Aya Data and hold a directorship at Oko Environmental, both significant players in their respective fields. Rocco founded Planting Promise, an initiative aimed at providing quality education to underserved children in Sierra Leone. Their leadership and impact have earned them recognition from Vodafone and multiple corporate entities, alongside being shortlisted for the Beacon Fellowship Young Philanthropist of the Year and recognized as a World Economic Forum Global Shaper. Rocco holds a Double First degree in English from the University of Cambridge.
