Darcy Suarez

Darcy Suarez has extensive experience in the healthcare staffing industry, currently serving as a Member at Chief since April 2024 and as Associate Vice President of Sales - Workforce AI at Aya Healthcare since November 2023. Previously, Darcy held the position of Regional Vice President of Program Management at Vaya Workforce, overseeing dedicated staffing services to ensure client fulfillment and community safety. Prior roles at Aya Healthcare included Regional Director of Workforce Solutions, where solutions were provided for various aspects of healthcare staffing. Earlier in the career, Darcy worked at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP in various roles, including Manager of Alumni Events and IP-Patent Legal Assistant. Darcy holds a Master’s Degree in Psychology from American University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from James Madison University.
