Jessica Masten

Jessica Masten is an experienced professional with a strong background in marketing, communications, and development. Currently serving as an Associate Team Manager and Senior Recruiter V at Aya Healthcare since March 2022, Jessica previously held the position of Sr. Director of Development at Make-A-Wish® Northeastern & Central California and Northern Nevada, where strategic plans for donor cultivation and annual giving programs were developed and implemented. Prior roles include Senior Manager of Marketing and Communications at Make-A-Wish, Marketing and Communications Manager at William Sansum Diabetes Center, and various marketing positions focused on social media at Better Homes Realty and other organizations. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Marketing from California State University, Fullerton, and California State University, Stanislaus.
