Nicole Baker

Nicole Baker is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in safety, workers' compensation, and hospitality management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Safety & Workers’ Compensation at Aya Healthcare since July 2016, Nicole has also held roles including Manager of Safety & Workers’ Compensation and Benefits Team Lead, overseeing health benefits and managing workers' compensation claims. Prior to Aya Healthcare, significant positions included Front Office Manager at Hotel del Coronado, where operations of a 679-room historic property were managed, and various roles at Marriott Hotels, where responsibilities spanned room operations, team management, and policy development. Nicole holds a BA in Hospitality and Tourism Management from San Diego State University and a Certificate in Human Resources Management from UC San Diego.
