Patricia has extensive experience in healthcare recruitment, previously working as a recruiter for Weatherby Healthcare, focusing on the Orthopedic Surgery Team, and successfully executing innovative recruiting strategies while managing all aspects of physician hiring and placement. Prior to healthcare, Patricia spent time in the tourism industry with roles at Carnival Cruise Line and Norwegian Cruise Line, where expertise in sales and customer service was developed. Patricia holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management from Florida International University.
