Sophia Glaeser is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in recruiting and sales. Currently serving as a Senior Recruiting Assistant at Aya Healthcare since December 2021, Sophia supports multiple recruiters in matching clinicians to appropriate positions, providing support throughout the clinician process while maintaining administrative excellence in a fast-paced environment.
