Noel Eli Kintanar

Noel Eli Kintanar is a Managing Director and Executive Director at Ayala Corporation. As the COO of AC Infrastructure, Noel Eli leads the development of the portfolio of PPP Infrastructure projects. With extensive experience in transport and infrastructure investments, Noel has served in various important roles in companies such as MCX Tollways Inc., Fort Bonifacio Development Corp., and the Philippine Infrastructure Corp. Noel Eli also briefly held the position of Undersecretary at the Department of Transportation for the Government of Republic of the Philippines. Noel holds a Master's Degree in Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School and a Bachelor's degree in Community Development from the University of the Philippines.
