Sean Luarca

Sean Luarca is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in the retail and commercial sectors. Currently serving as the Marketing Director at Ayala Land, Inc. since January 2025, Luarca oversees marketing initiatives for Premier and Flagship Malls. Previously, as the Head of Marketing & Community Relations and Managing Director for the BGC Foundation at Fort Bonifacio Development Corporation from February 2014 to December 2024, Luarca led comprehensive marketing efforts for key business areas in Bonifacio Global City. Earlier roles include Marketing Manager and Marketing Officer at SM Supermalls, where Luarca executed integrated marketing campaigns, and Marketing Associate at Project TH, Inc., where successful fundraising for significant environmental causes was achieved. Educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Psychology from De La Salle University and a short course in Fashion Merchandising from the School of the Fashion and Arts.
