Ardianta Gede Pamungkas currently serves as the Loyalty Program Assistant Manager at AYANA Hospitality, responsible for designing and implementing loyalty programs across various company properties. Additional experiences include mentoring at the Indonesian Ministry of Education and serving as Strategic Planning & Product Marketing Manager at Mapan - PT Ruma, where significant sales and marketing strategies were developed. Ardianta holds a Master of Management in Marketing Management from Universitas Udayana and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from University of Brawijaya.
