Ambalika Banerji

Ambalika has over 30 years of experience in private equity funds management, equity investment, debt financing, debt structuring & restructuring advisory in India and across Asia. Presently she is the Executive Director – Direct Investments at National Investment & Infrastructure Ltd (NIIF) wherein she has oversight over funds that invest directly into assets and companies. Prior to this, she has been the CEO & CIO of Neev Fund and MD, Macquarie SBI Infrastructure Fund wherein she was responsible for raising, staffing, originating and investing the fund. She also spent nearly a decade in various advisory & investing roles with Macquarie and Dresdner KW and also dealt with companies emerging out of the Asian crisis. She began her career with State Bank of India.
