Sonam Sarin has joined Ayana as Company Secretary & Chief Compliance Officer. Sonam has an overall work experience of more than 16 years. Prior to joining Ayana, he worked as Counsel India with First Solar India. During his stint with First Solar, Sonam was responsible for overall secretarial and compliance function of the Company and its affiliates, besides handling the NDA portfolio and corporate secretarial profile for Europe, Middle East and Africa region of First Solar.
