Eric Coly

Eric Coly has had a long and varied career in the financial industry. Eric began as an Associate Investment Banker at Bank One Capital Markets in 2000 and then moved to Morgan Stanley as a Senior Banker in 2003. In 2007, they became a Senior Vice President at SM Realty Investment Banking and then in 2009, they worked as a Senior Banker at Merrill Lynch. In 2013, they founded and became CEO of Le Dessein, and in 2019, they founded and became CEO of Ayana Therapy, a telehealth platform that offers access to mental therapy to marginalized communities.

Eric Coly attended UCLA Anderson School of Management from 2009 to 2010.
