Ajay Jadhav

Ajay Jadhav is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in the field of software development and architecture, currently serving as Co-founder and CTO at AyanWorks Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd. since April 2016, focusing on emerging technologies such as blockchain and solution architecture. In addition to this role, Ajay is the Chief Technology Officer at Blockster Labs, leading the development of an open-source, decentralized identity and credentials platform. Previous contributions include serving as Vice-Chair of the Technical Stack Working Group for the Trust Over IP Foundation and co-leading the Hyperledger India Chapter. Ajay has held various roles in project management and software engineering at organizations like Edureka and ITCube Solutions Pvt. Ltd., along with obtaining a Certified ScrumMaster designation from ScrumAlliance in 2012.
