Chen Li

Chen Li (Ph.D.) is a highly skilled Senior Staff Packaging Engineer at Ayar Labs, specializing in optical module package design, assembly flow design, and optomechanical design. Chen Li has extensive experience in managing OSAT vendors for optical module manufacturing and leveraging data analytics to improve production yields. Previous roles include Senior Packaging Engineer at Ayar Labs and Research Assistant at the University of Michigan’s Thermal Physics Group, where Chen Li designed innovative thermal management solutions for medical devices and high-performance electronics.
