Clay Pearson

Clay Pearson has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Clay'smost recent position is as a Principal Engineer at Ayar Labs since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Hewlett Packard Enterprise from 2011 to 2022, primarily as an ASIC Engineer specializing in high-speed SERDES modeling and VLSI teams. Earlier in their career, they worked at Scriber Associates Inc as an Electronics and Firmware Design Engineer, focusing on analog and mixed-signal circuit design. Clay also worked at ZF Friedrichshafen as a Product Engineer, responsible for field testing and RCA efforts for automated manual transmission offerings.

Clay Pearson completed their Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of North Florida in 2006. Clay then pursued a Master's degree in the same field from North Carolina State University, which they completed in 2011.
