Lisa Cummins Dulchinos

Lisa Cummins Dulchinos is the current Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Ayar Labs. Prior to this, they served as the CFO at Penguin Computing, Omron Adept Technologies, and YMCA of Silicon Valley. Dulchinos has also been a Board Member at Community Wellness and held various finance positions at American President Lines and Pacer International.

Dulchinos has been instrumental in leading successful financial management and growth at each of their previous companies. At Penguin Computing, they helped grow the company from $50 million to almost $200 million in revenue. During their time as CFO at Omron Adept Technologies, they successfully navigated multiple financing rounds, bank financing, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A). Lisa was also the point person for major institutional investors and led the company's compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX).

Dulchinos is a certified public accountant (CPA) and holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Santa Clara University.

Lisa Dulchinos has a Bachelors in Business from UC Santa Barbara and a Masters in Business from Saint Mary's College of California.
