Pavan Bhargava

Pavan Bhargava's work experience includes serving as the Director of Analog Mixed Signal Design at Ayar Labs since September 2022. Prior to that, they were the Senior Manager of Analog Mixed Signal Design at the same company from January 2021 to September 2022. From May 2016 to January 2021, they worked as a Senior IC Design Engineer at Ayar Labs. Bhargava also worked as a Graduate Student Researcher at the University of California, Berkeley from July 2014 to December 2019. Pavan was an Integrated Circuit Design Engineer at the Army Research Laboratory from June 2013 to June 2014. Additionally, they worked as an Undergraduate Research Fellow at the National Institute of Standards and Technology from May 2009 to August 2012, where they conducted research on the atomic structure of Nafion thin-films and developed mathematical models. Before that, they worked as a Lab Technician at CoolCAD Electronics LLC from February 2012 to May 2012.

Pavan Bhargava earned their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, from 2014 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Electrical Engineering with a minor in Nanotechnology from the University of Maryland - A. James Clark School of Engineering, from 2010 to 2014. Pavan Bhargava completed their high school education at Poolesville High School, where they were enrolled in the Science Math and Computer Science Program from 2006 to 2010.
