Robert Paddison

Robert Paddison has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several decades. Robert currently works as the Federal Business Director at Ayar Labs since April 2021. Prior to that, they held the role of Federal Sales Director DOD/CIV/IC for SGI HPC at HPE from January 2017 to March 2020. From 2016 to 2020, they served as the High Performance Computing Sales Leader at Hewlett Packard Enterprise.

Their earlier experience includes working at Silicon Graphics (SGI) from 1988 to 2017, where they held multiple roles such as Special Programs and District Manager for various agencies, including DOD and the U.S. Navy. From 2009 to 2012, they served as the Executive Relations Director/Government Affairs at SGI.

Additionally, Robert Paddison worked at SGI Federal as a District Manager from 1988 to 2008. Their early career includes a role in Marketing at Tektronix from 1977 to 1988.

Robert Paddison earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Elizabethtown College, where they studied from 1973 to 1977.
