Greg Daloisio has more than three decades of experience in project management, operations management, quality assurance, and risk management across environmental and construction programs in the federal sector. He joined Weston in 1990 and served in various project and program management roles where he led multi-million dollar environmental projects for the federal government. He served as Project Manager for our BRAC and IRP programs at Letterkenny Army Depot, PA where we completed the first limited depth transfer under BRAC, numerous remedial investigations for groundwater contamination of NAPL/DNAPL in fracture bedrock and karst, and emergency removal of contaminated sediments impacting off-post receptors. As Program Manager for USACE Baltimore District, he oversaw execution under our A/E HTRW, Multiple Award Military Munitions Services (MAMMS), and Multiple Award Environmental Services (MAES) contracts. He served as Operations Manager for 15 years responsible for project management staff and execution of more than $1.1B in revenue before assuming his current role leading the company’s Federal Sales and Operations in the Eastern U.S. Greg’s prior experience includes stints with Analytical Resources, Inc., and Gilbert Associates as Project Engineer. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University.
