Sriharsha Kota Pavan

Sriharsha Kota Pavan is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in laser systems and optical communications. Currently serving as a Senior Staff Engineer at Ayar Labs since November 2020, Sriharsha previously worked at Texas Instruments from February 2015 to October 2020, where roles included Systems Design Engineer and Systems & Applications Engineer for Fiber Optic Devices. Notable achievements include developing system simulation models for PAM-4 applications and optimizing digital designs for Display Port applications. Sriharsha has also contributed significantly to the optical business at Texas Instruments by creating simulation models for high-speed optical links and providing technical support and training. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, as well as a Master’s degree from Montana State University-Bozeman and a Bachelor’s degree from Nagpur University.
