Lance Laughlin

Lance Laughlin is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in frontend development and leadership roles. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Ayble Health since March 2023, Lance previously worked at Lattice as a Software Engineer, where features such as an accomplishment tracker and competency alignment tool were developed. Lance's prior role as a Senior Frontend Engineer and Tech Lead at EverTrue involved using React for software solutions in the advancement sector while managing teams. Additional experience includes positions at Aquent, SapientNitro, Just Press Play, and various co-op roles in web design and development. Lance holds a Bachelor of Science in New Media Interactive Development from the Rochester Institute of Technology, supplemented by studies in Web Technologies and a Regents Degree.
