Since Aycliffe Fabrications was established in 1980, we have become experts in our field of bespoke metal fabrication. We provide a reliable service which includes site visits, quotations, designs & drawings before we fabricate and install our work. We specialise in mild and stainless steel, aluminium & Cor-Ten and offer a high standard welding repair service.

We offer a fast response service and often to solve a problem no-one else can or to design and produce a ‘one-off’ product that you can’t source elsewhere. We work within a range of sectors including local authorities, schools, industry (automotive, paint, chemical etc) where we provide a repairs and maintenance service. 

We also design, manufacture and install:

We are proud of our long serving workforce and to quote Richard Branson, our aim has always been to look after our workforce knowing that they will look after our customers. This is proven time and again when customers come back to us knowing we do a good job. 3M was our very first customer in 1980 and they are still our customer today.

Since 2015, when the current MD (Christine) became the sole owner of the company, we have invested in new machinery including a Ermaksan Powerbend press brake, pedestal drill, fork lift truck and improved the premises by increasing storage and redecorating the factory. We are going from strength to strength.
