Arnav Chatterjee

Arnav Chatterjee is the Deputy Vice President of Head HR - CoE, Strategic Projects and Talent Acquisition at Aye Finance, where they manage extensive HR operations including strategy, automation, and talent acquisition for a large workforce. Prior to this role, Arnav held various positions in organizations such as EY, Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, and Tata Consultancy Services, gaining expertise in performance management, employee engagement, and process improvement. Arnav is Six Sigma Green Belt certified and holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Bharathi Vidyapeeth's College of Engineering, as well as a PGP in Human Resources Development from the Management Development Institute.
