Mithilesh Shukla

Mithilesh Shukla has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Mithilesh began their career in 2008 at UJJIVAN FINANCIAL SERVICES, where they worked in various roles related to loan disburement, banking, and cash management until 2013. In 2014, they joined Aye Finance Pvt. Ltd and held positions of increasing responsibility, starting as a Manager for Operations and eventually reaching the role of Deputy Vice President for Customer Service in 2022. Along the way, they also served as an Assistant Vice President for Customer Service and Operations.

From 2009 to 2012, Mithilesh Shukla pursued an MBA degree in Finance and Operations at the Institute of Management Technology in Ghaziabad.
