Prasang Tarar

Prasang Tarar has over five years of experience in the field of data analytics and human resources. They started their career at FIS in 2015, where they worked as an Analyst in Data Analytics. In this role, they developed and maintained databases, performed analysis on complex data sets, and prepared reports for management. In 2016, they joined Quattro Processing Services Pvt. Ltd. as a Senior in Data Analytics, where they focused on advanced analysis, modeling, and building measurement frameworks. In 2018, they joined Globiva as a Lead Analytics & HR Specialist, where they handled manpower planning, recruitment, compensation administration, and employee records. Currently, Prasang works at Aye Finance Pvt. Ltd as the Lead HR Ops - Human Resources, responsible for managing a workforce of 5000+ employees and handling the entire employee lifecycle, including HRMS and payroll systems.

Prasang Tarar completed a Bachelor's in Commerce with a specialization in Accounting and Finance from Delhi University between 2011 and 2014. In 2019, they obtained a Certification in Labour Laws from the Noble Work Foundation.
